307 Brady Lofts
The lofts at 307 Brady in Tulsa’s Brady Arts District occupy the second floor of a former manufacturing facility. These apartments originally provided affordable housing for school teachers moving to Tulsa with the Teach for America program. The eight lofts range from efficiencies of 350 SF to two-bedroom, two-bath units of 1000 SF. The open lofts feature stained concrete floors, exposed brick walls and industrial lighting. The cabinets, finished in plastic laminate and sealed strand board, offer stainless steel and butcher block countertops. Sliding barn-style doors made with sealed strand board, aluminum channels and barn-door hardware contribute to the design theme of the lofts.
