Washington County Human Services Center
Located in Bartlesville, this new construction 25,000 square foot Washington County office building is the third county building completed by Kinslow, Keith & Todd for the Department of Human Services. Its contemporary architecture and warm-toned masonry, combined with low-emissivity and vertical glass entries, complement the existing fabric of the neighborhood. Inside, a perimeter of closed supervisors’ offices surrounds a central, open-office area. One large wall of energy-efficient windows provides staff with exterior views and natural light. Housing both DHS and the Child Support Enforcement Division, the design integrates a communal employee break room and a common conference/training room. Security and separation are provided between employee and client areas, while maintaining easily monitored client interactions in meeting rooms and public-access areas.
