Boys and Girls Club of Nowata

Boys and Girls Club of Nowata are partnering with Tri County Tech to create a new facility. Both organizations share the goal of helping their constituents reach their full potential, which is also the overall goal for this project. The new building will feature a full-size commercial kitchen, full-size gymnasium, maker lab, computer lab, four classrooms, community meeting room, outdoor recreation space, and two indoor recreation areas (elementary & teen). Though budget conscious, thoughtful use of finishes and materials will enhance the building and user experience. The facility will serve to continue the efforts of the Boys and Girls Club of Nowata, but will also expand the offerings of Tri County Tech. The Maker Lab space will be used for Tri County classes as well as public use. The new facility will also hold classes, events, seminars, and meetings at the site when it is not being used by the Boys and Girls Club. The project is planned for completion in Spring of 2021.
