Dawn Nichols

With over 20 years of experience in construction, Dawn is well-versed in providing clients comprehensive analysis of construction documents and is heavily involved with in-field construction processes bringing value to her clients and their visions. Her thorough and proactive approach to each project allows her to assist owners, architects, and contractors to stay on task throughout the construction of a project. From document reviews to RFIs, submittals, participation in construction meetings, site visits, and field reports, Dawn works directly with contractors and clients to monitor progress and provide information as needed to complete projects according to the design and established construction schedule.

Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University.
