AAON’s new HR offices presented a unique opportunity to create a professional, modern, and highly functional environment that reflects the company’s evolving brand. The renovated space prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity, replacing a non-compliant and inconvenient entry with a fully accessible, welcoming front entrance. Inside, the design balances privacy and collaboration with 13 private and shared offices, a large training room, a market/vending area for onboarding and training guests, and flexible meeting rooms equipped with video conferencing.

KKT’s design team focused on bringing natural light deep into the space using large front windows and interior glass partitions. The aesthetic draws from AAON’s brand and campus architecture, incorporating a neutral palette with AAON blue accents, warm wood finishes, matte black hardware, and playful textiles. Industrial touches nod to the adjacent manufacturing facility and railroad yard, while upgraded lighting and acoustic treatments enhance comfort, productivity, and speech privacy.

What was once a dated lobby with low ceilings is now a dynamic, ADA- compliant workplace that supports AAON’s people-first mission.
