KKT Architects was proud to work on the design and expansion of the Bixby Public Schools Athletic Facility, a state-of-the-art space created to serve the needs of student-athletes, coaches, and staff. The facility encompasses a total area of 53,329 SF, including both the remodel of an existing 27,806 SF building and a 25,523 SF addition.

Designed with both functionality and comfort in mind, the facility supports over 150 varsity players and 240 junior varsity players, as well as coaches and support staff. Key features include spacious locker rooms, coaches’ offices, meeting spaces, film and strategy rooms, equipment storage, and laundry facilities. These elements work together to foster a professional, supportive environment for athletes at all levels.

The facility’s design not only meets the practical needs of a large athletic program but also enhances the overall experience for everyone involved, from players to staff. With a construction cost of $10,242,769, the new athletic center is poised to serve the Bixby community for years to come.
