Saint Francis Cancer Center Expansion

Tulsa, Oklahoma

KKT worked with the Saint Francis Health System to develop a 38,720 square foot addition to the existing Cancer Center facility, expanding their programs and services. The addition includes space for the relocation of Radiation Oncology from the Yale Campus, expansion of Warren Oncology Clinic with space for future expansion; two new linear accelerator vaults with the infrastructure in place for the addition of a future linear accelerator. Also included are physical therapy services, a small procedure suite, pain management, administration, meeting rooms, and a reflection space with adjacent gardens. Additionally, the entire site was redeveloped to include a new main entrance drive from Garnett, expanded parking, new site lighting, landscaping and signage. The project was carefully phased to ensure the existing Cancer Center facility could remain operational during all phases of construction.

Following the completion of this successful addition, our team is currently in design to renovate the 41,156 square foot existing building with designs to expand the existing main lobby by an additional 1,700 square feet.
