KKT is working on a renovation and expansion of the existing Sand Springs Clyde Boyd Middle School. The facility needs are in programming and pre-bond assessment. Our design team is analyzing conceptual options including a renovation and addition up to 80,000 square feet. The project needs focus on the education classroom space for 7th and 8th grades, a new kitchen and cafeteria (large enough to accommodate all three grades), as well as some administrative spaces. The project is currenting in conceptual design and programming.

KKT is working with the Sand Springs School District on their pre-bond planning for 2024.
