Torero Bar & Kitchen

Torero Bar & Kitchen is an urban restaurant in downtown Tulsa featuring Central and South American-, Latin-, and Spanish-inspired cuisine, focusing on capturing street-food in a family-style setting. Our design team worked with the owner to finalize their conceptual intent, interior design, kitchen layout, lighting, graphics and furniture selection.

KKT’s design incorporates eclectic elements throughout the space to highlight the varied influences on the cuisine and sets the stage to transport guests on their multi-ethnic dining experience. The diverse seating types promote a welcoming and casual environment. Material highlights included rich, dark wood finishes, hammered copper accents, and an exposed steel structure creating an open-air ambiance. Large nautical ropes acknowledge the importance of fresh seafood to Spanish cuisine.
