Broken Arrow High School, Tiger Field House and Classroom Addition

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Broken Arrow Public Schools wanted to leverage their bond dollars to have the highest impact on their high school campus.  The resulting project contributes to the school’s college-like atmosphere, expands the existing field house lobby, and provides improved access from both the campus and the reconfigured parking.  The enlarged, light-flooded lobby includes a new concessions area designed to serve events and provides a satellite lunch facility to alleviate cafeteria overcrowding.  A new hospitality room overlooks the gymnasium.  The spacious addition ties the field house to the main classroom building, adds ten science classrooms, and provides a clear, logical flow through the multi-use areas.
