KKT Architects was hired to develop a master plan for the Muskogee Swim and Fitness Center, providing strategic design and supporting fundraising efforts. The team conducted a site analysis and presented various design options and phasing opportunities.

The first phase of development, completed in 2024, includes an interior remodel of the fitness space and the relocation of the front lobby desk. Future phases will focus on additional interior updates and the expansion of the building to accommodate new fitness services for the center’s clients and the community.

This phased approach ensures the center’s growth while providing a modern environment for visitors.
