Village on Main Master Plan Concept

Jenks, Oklahoma

Our vision for the future of a 25-acre portion of central Jenks resulted in a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development Master Plan including office, residential, medical, and retail sectors.  The concept linked downtown Jenks, the Oklahoma Aquarium, and Riverwalk Crossing, extending the small-town charm of Jenks Main Street throughout the new “village.”  This town center concept Master Plan  resulted in the successful ongoing redevelopment of the area, including KKT-designed Utica Park Clinic and First Oklahoma Bank.
