Hogan Taylor is a vibrant firm that decided to combine two office locations to capture operational efficiencies to support its continuing growth. Private offices were required, but to foster a transparent and connected office culture, glass fronts were designed into each space. In addition, KKT designed “hoteling stations” for home-based staff who rotated through the office during the week and ensuring the environment supported collaboration among the firm’s employees. Specialty ‘smart’ furniture designed with multiple data inputs and display options further supported office flexibility. During design, KKT created a detailed three-dimensional model including every piece of furniture, accurate lighting, and photo-realistic finishes to help the client visualize the design.
